Responding to Richa’s tweet, actress Taapsee Pannu took a dig at the situation. "I think you should fly to Delhi soon to make yourself visible and audible," she wrote. Responding to Taapsee, Richa said that had she known that a photo-op was required with the complaint she would have done it. “If the NCW website mentioned that a photo op was mandatory, along with a written complaint, I’d have done the same. It is after all, the ‘National’ commission for women. However, Ghosh retracted her statement on Twitter and said that she will not apologize to anyone. Meanwhile, Payal Ghosh's lawyer in the court said that his client will apologize to Richa Chadha and withdraw her statement. However, Ghosh retracted her statement on Twitter and said that she will not apologize to anyone.
