In a recent interview, Sunny Deol opened up on it is like to direct his son in the latter's debut film, and what are the feeling he has as a father. Talking about directing Karan in action sequences, Sunny Deol revealed that during one particular stunt sequence wherein his son was supposed to fall 400 feet, his fatherly instincts kicked in and he had his heart in his mouth. Continuing further, Deol revealed that he was so engrossed in the scene that he forgot to film it! If that wasn't enough, Sunny Deol also relived the feeling of anxiousness and nervousness saying that each time he watched the stunt sequence he got really nervous. As for the anxiety, Sunny claims that like any father he wants his son to achieve the best, and constantly worries whether some sequences could have been done better. On a closing note, Sunny Deol ended the conversation saying that after directing Karan in Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, he now realizes what his father Dharmendra went through when he made his debut.
