The film, which was a remake of Sooraj Barjatya's film Nadiya Ke Paar, starred Mohnish Bahl, Alok Nath, Renuka Shahane, Reema Laago, Satish Shah, Himani Shivpuri among others. Another interesting thing was revealed that Hum Aapke Hai Koun special screening will be held on August 9 at Liberty cinema with the entire cast including Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit and other members of the film. The entire team will be reuniting to talk about their experience and moments spent during the filming. The film won several accolades including the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment.
