On the work front, in April 2021, it was announced that Jackman and Laura Dern will star together in Florian Zeller's adaptation of his stage play, The Son. He will return to Broadway in a revival of The Music Man, playing Harold Hill, which is set to begin previews in December 2021 and open in February 2022.
