As her new Telugu project, Radhe Shyam with Prabhas, the actress talks about her career. 15 million followers on Instagram, how does a girl as young as you handle this kind of success? I am very grateful for those staggering numbers. More than anything else, I am aware that what I post (on Instagram) can affect 15 million people. So I am very conscious of what I put out there. I think social media needs to be more responsible and positive. That’s why whatever I upload is happy positive. There is so much negativity floating around on social media. We need to send out positive messages now more than ever. What does success mean to you and how do you keep yourself grounded (besides a cold shower)? That’s a very deep question. What does success mean to me? I think one of the motivations for me to succeed was to make my own dreams as well as my family’s dreams for me, come true. Yes, I can speak Telugu fluently and I do dub my own lines. As soon as I started doing Telugu films, I began learning the language in the hope that I can soon dub my own lines. I felt this was needed to honour my craft. To be able to connect with the Telugu audience, it was really imperative to speak the language.

Britney Spears' father Jamie Spears finally removed from her conservatorship Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has finally been removed from her conservatorship. After a drawn-out legal battle of quite a long time, the popstar is finally getting freedom from her ‘abusive’ and ‘greedy’ conservator. Judge Brenda Penny ruled that Spears’ father will no longer serve as the conservator of his daughter’s estate, immediately removing him from control of her finances. Penny said, “I believe that the suspension is in the best interests of the conservatee. The current situation is untenable.” According to Variety, Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, argued in court that her father is “a cruel, toxic, abusive man,” and said that it was long past time to remove him. He said, “Britney Spears deserves to wake up tomorrow without her father as her conservator.” Vivian Thoreen, the attorney for Spears’ father, opposed the suspension, saying it would be better to simply terminate the conservatorship. Rosengart brought up allegations that surfaced in the latest New York Times documentary, “Controlling Britney Spears,” which reported that Spears had been subjected to electronic surveillance. Rosengart also noted that Spears’ father has filed for bankruptcy and the singer has accused him of being an alcoholic. As the case began to play out in the public eye over the past few months, interest skyrocketed to an all-time high, dominating headlines around the world with a rallying cry to #FreeBritney. Spears’ father had been her co-conservator since 2008, when the singer suffered a very public breakdown. Spears had been publicly battling her father, urging the judge to remove her him from the conservatorship, stating that she believes he should be in jail. After more than a decade of maintaining that she needs to be held under a conservatorship, Spears’ father changed his tune in August, abruptly agreeing to step down from the conservatorship that he had overseen since it was approved by the court in 2008. Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has finally been removed from her conservatorship. After a drawn-out legal battle of quite a long time, the popstar is finally getting freedom from her ‘abusive’ and ‘greedy’ conservator.

Judge Brenda Penny ruled that Spears’ father will no longer serve as the conservator of his daughter’s estate, immediately removing him from control of her finances. Penny said, “I believe that the suspension is in the best interests of the conservatee. The current situation is untenable.”

According to Variety, Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, argued in court that her father is “a cruel, toxic, abusive man,” and said that it was long past time to remove him. He said, “Britney Spears deserves to wake up tomorrow without her father as her conservator.”

Vivian Thoreen, the attorney for Spears’ father, opposed the suspension, saying it would be better to simply terminate the conservatorship. Rosengart brought up allegations that surfaced in the latest New York Times documentary, “Controlling Britney Spears,” which reported that Spears had been subjected to electronic surveillance. Rosengart also noted that Spears’ father has filed for bankruptcy and the singer has accused him of being an alcoholic.

As the case began to play out in the public eye over the past few months, interest skyrocketed to an all-time high, dominating headlines around the world with a rallying cry to #FreeBritney.

Spears’ father had been her co-conservator since 2008, when the singer suffered a very public breakdown. Spears had been publicly battling her father, urging the judge to remove her him from the conservatorship, stating that she believes he should be in jail. After more than a decade of maintaining that she needs to be held under a conservatorship, Spears’ father changed his tune in August, abruptly agreeing to step down from the conservatorship that he had overseen since it was approved by the court in 2008. Shortly after, in early September, he then suddenly asked the court to terminate the conservatorship altogether.
