Superstar Allu Arjun was one of the special guests at Naga Shaurya’s Varudu Kaavalenu pre-release event on October 27. As films head to theatres after a really long break, the actor sent his best wishes to Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi in a viral video. Maharashtra government opened up theatres on October 22 and the first big Bollywood film to hit the theatres is Rohit Shetty directorial Sooryavanshi.
Allu Arjun said at the pre-release event, "Sooryavanshi, a Hindi film, is going to release. I really wish them from the whole of South India, all the best to the entire team of Sooryavanshi. I really wish you get people back to theatres and everybody gets back to the cinema and watch this entertainment."
Rohit Shetty shared the video along with his message that read, "As I said earlier, it’s not my film, it’s OUR film. Thank you for the love and support my brother. Wish you ALL THE BEST FOR PUSHPA. @alluarjun you are a ROCKSTAR."

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film is jointly produced by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions, and Cape of Good Films. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif will play lead roles in Sooryavanshi with Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh reprising their Singham and Simmba roles in extended cameos.
