Actor Riteish Deshmukh remembered his father and former Maharashtra chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh in an emotional video celebrating his 75th birth anniversary.
The actor shared a video of himself putting his hand through the sleeve of his father's kurta as 'Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin' from Agneepath played in the background. Riteish wrote, “Happy Birthday PAPPA..... Miss you everyday!! #vilasraodeshmukh75.”
Genelia D'Souza also paid tribute to her late father-in-law. She wrote, "Riaan’s teacher asked him “What are you most proud of” .. His answer was. “My Ajoba”.. You are our pride Pappa.. We feel your presence everyday and know that you are looking after us wherever you are.. You live in us and we celebrate you every single day. Happy Birthday Pappa. #VilasraoDeshmukh75."
Vilasrao Deshmukh passed away in 2012. He served two terms as Maharashtra's Chief Minister.
