"It made my day and my year and many years ahead"- Karan Johar reveals the most special birthday gift he received from Manish Malhotra Karan Johar's 48th birthday wasn't a happening one this year, but it surely was made special, thanks to his wonderful friends and colleagues who connected virtually and poured lots of love and warm wishes. But Karan received the most precious present from Manish Malhotra, his BFF for the past 28 years now. Manish made a special video, consisting of messages from Karan's friends and family. Overwhelmed, Karan took to Instagram to share how special it made him feel. "Yesterday my dearest and closest friend @manishmalhotra05 made a video for me with messages from my close friends and family...it was the best present I could have ever received ...he has been relentlessly following up with everyone for the past week and i was overwhelmed with emotion watching it....it made my day and my year and many years ahead as well," part of his note reads.
