We all know that Vaani Kapoor loves to follow a rather fit lifestyle and her slim avatar in Befikre became a talk of the town. The actress, we hear, keeps pushing herself to become constantly fitter and now we got to know that she has started doing aerial Pilates, which many celebrities are opting for owing to its hardcore training regime that increases flexibility. A source close to the actress recently spoke about her new found love for Pilates and revealed, “Vaani Kapoor is considered supremely fit and she keeps challenging herself to become fitter. She is currently doing two back to back big films Hrithik vs Tiger and Shamshera and both films will showcase her stunning lissome body. Both films will need her to be in the best of shape as she has to shoot some stunning dance sequences that will be a treat to the eyes of the audiences. Vaani has been constantly trying to reinvent her gym routines so that she can push herself into building more stamina and flexibility. Currently, she has added aerial Pilates in her workout schedule which will make her incredibly flexible which is required for her film shoot.” On the other hand, Vaani too confirmed the developments and spoke about her new workout regime adding, “Aerial Pilates really helps in improving one’s flexibility to the maximum and it helps improve posture to near perfection. I wanted to take this on to challenge my fitness levels and also improve upon it so that I benefit from it while filming. It is an extremely fun way of working out and I’m thoroughly enjoying my sessions.
