The actor was in the city along with girlfriend Shibani Dandekar. But before taking off, the multi-talented star revealed that he had actually called Milkha Singh, so that he plans a reunion of sorts with him. And what is more interesting? The most adorable reply that the former sportsman had for the Bollywood star! Farhan Akhtar and Milkha Singh were working together when the former played his role in the film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. But the two of them have often spoken about the friendship that they continued to share even after the film’s release. So when Farhan Akhtar recently called up to catch up with Milkha Singh the latter gave him a warm welcome. Sharing this picture on Instagram, the actor also posted a note along with it saying, “Called Milkha ji to say we’re visiting Chandigarh and would like to meet him. He said ‘tumhara ghar hai. Interestingly, now that the same team of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Farhan Akhtar are collaborating after nine years for Toofan, this one too is expected to be a sports film, albeit a fictional one.
