The two had a lot of fun and revealed some juicy details from the past on the show. Acting like typical best friends who can’t stop embarrassing each other in public, their friendship is just precious. On the show, Karan revealed that back in the day, Kajol did have a crush on none other than the Khiladi, Akshay Kumar. This was back in the 90s and the two couldn’t stop laughing over the memory as nostalgia hit them hard. Karan also revealed details of how the two got close. He said, “I met Kajol at another party, at the premiere of Henna movie. Kajol had a big crush on Akshay Kumar and was looking for him at the entire premiere and I was her support then. So both of us were looking for him at the entire event. While we didn’t find Akshay, but it was the beginning of our friendship. Both of us stayed in South Mumbai and that’s where our friendship developed further.” Akshay Kumar and Kajol have also starred in a 90s hit film, Dillagi. The duo also ended up revealing other embarrassing details and the first impressions they had of each other when they first met. On the professional front, Karan Johar has quite a handful of films under his production house, Dharma’s banner.
