Brahmastra was announced way back in 2017 and was initially slated to release around Christmas, this year. However, the VFX team working on the film requires more time and so the makers have decided to delay the release date by a few months. Karan Johar, being the producer posted a note written by Ayan Mukerji, regarding the delay. The movie’s plot is based around mythical science fiction, and it looks like the audience is going to have to wait a little longer than expected. The anticipation for this movie has been quite high since its announcement and now, they have announced that instead of a Christmas release this year, Brahmastra will release in summer 2020. While there are fans who are disappointed with this news, we surely hope that the makers are going to make it up for the delay with a kick-ass blockbuster movie. This is what Karan Johar tweeted.
