Her first look as Laxmi Agarwal came out as an utter surprise to her fans and fellow Bollywood mates who couldn't believe their eyes upon seeing her massive transformation. The actress is currently shooting Delhi and recently she was mobbed by the fans. Dressed in a yellow kurta, Deepika Padukone was shooting for the film on the streets of Delhi. The set of the film was mobbed by fans as she waved at them before getting her car after the shoot was completed. As the crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of her, they saw her in her complete transformed look. Deepika Padukone recently was seen doing her homework by reading the script and practicing her dialogues. Sharing a picture of the same, Deepika wrote, "the only kinda homework I’ve ever enjoyed!✏#chhapaak." Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Deepika Padukone will be paired opposite Vikrant Massey in Chhapaak. It will tell the story of acid attack survivour Laxmi Agarwal. The actress believes the story needs to be told and has bankrolled her maiden production to put forth a strong, brave, courageous and independent female character.
