The actor kick-started his celebrations with the trailer launch of his next film De De Pyaar De which stars Tabu and Rakul Preet. But, before the trailer launch, the actor rang in his birthday with his wife Kajol, son Yug, sister-in-law Tanisha and mother-in-law Tanuja. Tanisha Mukerji shared a family portrait from the midnight birthday celebration. One can see it was a family affair. Nysa Devgn was missing was the party as she is studying in Singapore. Tanisha captioned the photo, "Happy happy birthday our amazing Jay! Thank u for being such a family man and completing our family! you and my sister are just the best!!! We love you !"
