This would be the first time the actors will be starring together in a film. While they have completed a couple outdoor schedules, they recently reunited during a meet with music composer Pritam. It seems like music composer Pritam will be composing for Brahmastra. It will be the first time Pritam will get a chance to compose for Amitabh Bachchan. But, this is his second outing with Ranbir Kapoor after Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos. Sharing a picture from their recent meet up, Pritam captioned i, "My smile says it all, so overwhelmed as this is my first one with Mr @amitabhbachchan sir and back with my favorite #RanbirKapoor. We are all set to roll #Brahmastra." Taking to his blog, Amitabh Bachchan revealed what he discussed with Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji. Big B wrote, “Time spent with Ayan and Ranbir to talk about Brahmastra and to discuss film, content and cinema. The young have some very special gifts and thoughts. It is always a delight to be in their company .. to listen to drift in their modern outlooks and to be able to put across the point of 50 years in the Industry, its time changes and its development into the most powerful tools of influence. So much to learn so much to accomplish so much to observe so much to self-educate .. and the paucity of that ever timeless time machine.” Brahmastra, produced by Dharma Productions, is being directed by Ayan Mukherji.
