While Ayushmann will play the role of Dr Uday Gupta, Rakul Preet will be seen as Dr Fatima, a medical student who is Ayushmann’s senior. On the other hand, Shefali will play the role of Dr Nandini in the film. Anubhuti Kashyap, who is Anurag Kashyap's sister, will be making her debut as a feature film director with the upcoming film.
