Besides the presence of the superstar, scale of the film, melodious songs and massy element, the film has also generated considerable hype due to the star cast. Salman will be romancing not one but two heroines – the ravishing Katrina Kaif and the emerging heartthrob, Disha Patani. Besides, there’s Tabu in a crucial part and she hasn’t been shown at all in the trailers and songs, adding to the mystery. The ‘Dilbar’ girl Nora Fatehi too features in the film and her presence in the ‘Tupreya’ song has added to the excitement. There are also reports that Varun Dhawan will be seen in an entertaining cameo. And now if grapevine is to be believed, then besides Varun, one more prominent actor will be seen in a special appearance – Jacqueline Fernandez! Yes, you read it right. The vivacious, chirpy lady has a small part in Bharat and if reports are to be believed, then she is playing the role of Teji Bachchan! She was the wife of legendary Hindi poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan and mother of mega star Amitabh Bachchan. Not just Teji Bachchan but Harivansh Rai and Amitabh would also make their presence felt in the film. While Aliraza Namdar will essay the role of Harivansh Rai Bachchan, the role of young Amitabh Bachchan is played by Dhiren Ahuja. Jacqueline Fernandez has always been a Salman Khan favourite and both have appeared together in Kick and Race 3. Hence, it’s not a surprise that she agreed to play a small and special part in this much awaited film. It remains to be seen how she has managed to do justice to her part. Playing Teji Bachchan will be a challenge as she has been a social activist and also a close confidant of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Besides, Jacqueline, Bharat also stars another previous co-star of Salman Khan. Child actor Matin Rey Tangu played the adorable Guo in the 2017 Eid release Tubelight and in Bharat, he plays the younger version of Jimmy, a character played by Meiyang Chang.
