After 14 years of marriage, they ended it but continued to be friends most importantly for their two kids: Hridaan and Hrehaan, setting example for everyone going through the same situation. Sussanne who is an interior designer runs her firm and is a single mom but with a difference. She was called on to Colors Infinity where she divulged the challenges of being a working single mother but credited Hrithik for his constant support. She said, “There’s this energy I get from these two kids, It’s like my vitamin, it keeps me going, keeps me motivated and makes me work harder. It’s an example for them to see both their parents working so hard. Being a single mom, it’s important to be on top of things and show them the balance of work and being at home.” She added, “I have a support system in Hrithik. It’s not a marriage, but we are friends. That zone is so sacred to me, it doesn’t make me feel sad or lonely. My kids are go-getters. They organise things!” Sussanne and Hrithik take their kids on holidays and keep things as normal as possible as they co-parent them. Hrithik Roshan is currently gearing up to release Super 30 and has an action film with Tiger Shroff in the pipeline.
