The film was announced in March 2019. The fans are elated to see Bhansali and Salman come together after a really long time. While Salman did have a guest appearance in Saawariya, the director-actor had not worked since Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Salman Khan, who has been busy with the Bharat promotions, recently opened up about the shoot schedule and said, “Inshallah, inshallah we will start soon.” When asked about working with Bhansali again, he quipped, “It will be fun, there will be lots of fights. Sanjay and I have that… (workwise).” Speaking EXCLUSIVELY to Bollywood Hungama during Notebook promotions, Salman Khan revealed that Inshallah will be an Eid 2020 release. Salman Khan Films and Bhansali Productions will jointly produce Inshallah. Meanwhile, Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of Bharat which stars Katrina Kaif opposite him.
