But, personally, the actor had a tough time when his wife Tahira Kashyap was diagnosed with Stage 0 cancer. In a detailed post, Tahira had revealed that she underwent a partial preventive mastectomy. In November, she informed that her cancer was back but she was determined to fight it. And now, the Khurranas are celebrating as Tahira has finally completed her chemotherapy. Recently, Tahira Kashyap shared a couple of boomerang videos with Ayushmann Khurrana and revealed that she just finished her final session of chemotherapy. In her post, she wrote, "Can’t keep calm!!! Last and final chemo! Fuck yesss!! It’s been some journey. The learning has been immense, some of which, I know, I will realise with time. Thank you to each one who has been praying for me! Lots of love and prayers from my end to each one of you! My heart is bouncing with joy and gratitude." On the work front, in the month of August last year, it was announced that Tahira Kashyap will be helming a project for T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar and Ellipsis Entertainment (Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar). The untitled film, a warm slice-of-life drama set in Mumbai, will go into production early this year. Ayushmann Khurrana will soon resume shooting of Dream Girl in Agra. The film also stars Nushrat Bharucha. The film is directed by debutant Raaj Shaandilyaa who has been a popular writer and it is produced by Ekta Kapoor. View this post on Instagram Can’t keep calm!!!
