EXCLUSIVE: “Akshay Kumar is great” – Saif Ali Khan told Sara Ali Khan Atrangi Re actress Sara Ali Khan is all set for her upcoming film which is scheduled to have a digital release on December 24. The movie stars her along with Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Nimrat Kaur. Sara said that working with Akshay Kumar was outstanding. In an exclusive recent interview with Bollywood hungama, when asked about what did Saif tell her about Akshay Kumar since both have done so many films together. Earlier, she had said that she discusses scripts with her father before doing the film. The actress replied, “He(Saif)said that he(Akshay) is great and had a blast working with him and I am sure I will too.” Sara went on to share her experience of working with Akshay Kumar stating, “Outstanding. I think that he is such a superstar and he has such great presence and has such outstanding energy but the coolest thing is that he’s so humble. I never felt like I was working with India’s biggest superstar. He was just so relatable and relaxed and so easy to work with.” Sara also talked about her character Rinku in the film. The actress also opened up about being directed by Aanand L Rai has been an outstanding experience. She further talks about working with Dhanush and Akshay Kumar. While answering these questions she talks about her viral reel with Madhuri Dixit and says that it's a dream come true to dance with Madhuri ma'am. She also revealed that being directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali would definitely be a dream role. Atrangi Re is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film GalattaKalyanam. The film is directed by Aanand L. Rai and produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films. It will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar.
