Mohit Joura extremely sad about Prem Bandhan going off-air; says he sacrificed a lot on the personal front for the show Dangal TV's popular daily drama Prem Bandhan, which first aired on November 30, 2020, is now going off-air. The show had Manit Joura and Chhavi Pandey in the lead roles as Harsh and Janki, respectively. Speaking to a leading daily, Mohit Joura opened up about being upset as the show is going off-air and how difficult it has been for him. Mohit feels extremely sad as the show is coming to an end because he got extremely attached to the characters. He has been part of the show since the first day and feels that the character grew on him. He said that he doesn’t know how to switch on and off from the character and is not trained that much. He further said it feels bad because he gave everything to the character from time, energy, to dedication and sacrificed a lot on the personal front. A while back, Mohit's parents tested positive for COVID-19 and his mom was in a bad state. He wanted to go and meet her but unfortunately couldn't as there were not enough bank of episodes of Prem Bandhan. However, he did arrange a few things on calls and his parents were taken care of and he decided to stay back for the shoot. He further added that he feels practically it is important to let go things because that is reality. Mohit said that he was very attached to the show, but now as Prem Bandhan is over and Harsh Shashtri is over, he is trying to digest the reality and dealing to live with it. When Mohit was asked why the show didn't work out well and or did not get enough time to establish itself, the actor said that it's not in his hand. He doesn’t want to get into what works and what doesn’t. He feels his work is to act, to be honest to the character and story and say isn't interested in knowing about whatever happens other than it.
