Alia Bhatt reveals she gets ANXIETY ATTACKS despite being successful, makes a genuine case for mental health Alia Bhatt reveals she gets ANXIETY ATTACKS despite being successful, makes a genuine case for mental health Alia Bhatt went all guns blazing in her latest interview with Filmfare as a cover girl with Varun Dhawan and we just can’t help but appreciate her more for her maturity, poise and in general emotional strength. She spoke about everything from her chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor to her struggle battling anxiety. While she is at the top of her game in the industry and there is literally no one who could even remotely challenge her in the space. Despite this, she said she feels very low and wants to cry without any reason. She told the Filmfare editor, “I haven’t been depressed but I’ve had bouts of anxiety. It comes and goes. It’s been happening quite a bit since the past five to six months. It’s not like an anxiety attack but I just feel low. Thankfully, I’m aware of it because of my sister (Shaheen Bhatt). She’s fought depression. I’ve read her book. No matter how bad it is, I just let myself feel it. Sometimes, I feel like crying for no reason. Then it passes. Initially, I’d be a little confused. I’d constantly give reasons that it’s because of work or maybe I’m tired or haven’t been able to meet anyone... The kind of personality I have, I become a little on the edge. I spoke to friends about it. I spoke to Ayan about it, I spoke to my sister’s friend Rohan (Joshi). Everyone told me that you’ve got to realise that it will go away. What’s important is to accept it and not say that you’re fine. If you’re not feeling fine, then you should just say you’re not feeling fine.” Alia and Ranbir won the best actor and actress honours at the Filmfare Awards and Neetu Kapoor put up a picture of them together with a caption, “AND moments like these make you forget all the stress. Congratulations so proud n happy.”  This intensified wedding rumors. Also Read: Alia Bhatt kick starts Rajamouli’s RRR with a schedule in Delhi (All details inside) https://ift.tt/2V3vdDR
